List your auctions where the market is looking.
LiveArt puts your sales in front of collectors, advisors, and institutions worldwide — and folds your results into the indices and valuations that price the art market. There's no cost to join, and we do the heavy lifting to get you live.
From preview to permanent record.
Upcoming auctions
Your sales appear ahead of the hammer — catalogued and searchable, in front of collectors already tracking the artists you're selling.
Live bidding
For qualifying sales, we can surface lots as bidding happens — so LiveArt's audience can follow your auction in real time.
Post-sale results
Hammer prices join the permanent record, powering price history, artist analytics, and the LiveArt indices.
Free to join. We do the catching up.
Becoming a data partner is free, and keeping your sales listed stays free. Partnership is about coverage and accuracy — not paid advertising.
New to LiveArt? Send us your back catalogue and we'll load your past results — so your track record is complete from day one, not just from your next sale forward.
Send data the way you already keep it.
API — preferred
A direct feed keeps your upcoming sales and results in sync automatically, with the least work on both sides.
Structured files
Excel, CSV, or JSON exports from your auction-management system. Whatever columns you keep, we'll map.
PDF catalogues
If a sale catalogue or results PDF is all you have, we'll parse it. It's the last resort, never a blocker.

Before you write in.
- Is there a cost to join?
- No. Becoming a data partner is free, and there are no placement or listing fees. Partnership is about coverage, not advertising spend.
- What format should we send?
- An API feed is ideal, but structured exports (Excel, CSV, JSON) are perfectly fine — and we'll parse PDF catalogues if that's what you have.
- Do you work with smaller or regional houses?
- Yes. Houses of every size and geography are welcome. Regional and specialist sales are exactly the coverage collectors ask us for.
- How long until we're live?
- Most partners are live within a few weeks — faster with an API or clean exports, a little longer if we're backfilling a large historical catalogue.
- Is partnership exclusive?
- No. Listing with LiveArt doesn't stop you from working with anyone else, and you keep ownership of your data.
